On the weekend of the 11th Studebaker folks from all over the Southeast (and a few from beyond) gathered in a somewhat battered Asheville for the 36th Annual Tri-State Meet.

Most of the pictures are from Tri-State, there are a few extras with my Champ, my dog Murphy (the big goofy looking one) and Fred, my brothers Basset hound.

I couldn't get into the album Jeff. It says "I don't look like the owner"! <LOL> How the hell can they tell? (Just kidding). Anyway, thanks for trying to share!:D

All I can say is Thanks and WOW! It looks like I missed a great get together! I wish that I could make 'em all, but I can hardly keep up around here. Thanks again Jeff!

Sonny,

Glad the link worked this time and you liked the pictures.

Tri-State is something special, even this year with as battered as Asheville was. You ought to try to find your way down here next September!

That's a great idea, and I honestly am gonna try. I'm daily driving my '60 Lark, and when I get it to the point of being more finished, (interior, engine upgrades, etc.), so I can jump in it and drive on down, that's exactly what I'm gonna do! 'Course, there's a small matter of rooootten weather here that we have to survive for another 8 or 9 months before I can go anywhere! [xx(]

Darned hurricanes...
I was so looking forward to going..
(and avenge my first 'foot' loss at the valve cover races at Charlotte...)
I have attended two of the last three Tri-State meets and can say with impunity that the Tri-State Chapter gang put on one of the best laid-back SDC meets kbnown to man....really.
The Tri-State meet was as good as Charlotte (because the host chapter had their 'stuff' together on 'how' to hold a great meet.
