For the next issue of TW we badly need a photo of a group of truck farmers at Cedar Rapids. Especially good would be one showing them inspecting a truck (or something).
Can anyone help?

Sorry Art, but this is the best that I could come up with. It appears that Jim Maxey is afraid of the boogie man being that he is hiding under his bed.

This is the only one that I have that comes close to,
"one showing them inspecting a truck" at cedar rapids

Not sure the identity or if they would consider themselves Truck Farmers.

But if the picture fits your needs your more than welcome to use it.

HI, Art

I regrettably wasn't there, but I will ask on Truck Talk for anyone who has Truck Farmer Pictures to send them to you.

Art, I just posted this on Truck Talk. You should have more pictures soon.

STF members - Urgent Call For Help ...
by Bob Feaganes
On the SDFC Forum, Art Unger, editor of Turning Wheels asked for urgent help from STFers. His plea was:

"For the next issue of TW we badly need a photo of a group of truck farmers at Cedar Rapids. Especially good would be one showing them inspecting a truck (or something). Can anyone help?"
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a personal request from Bob Feaganes:

Any of you that were at the Cedar Rapids SDC International meet and have high resolution digital pictures of anything STF, like; STFers looking at Trucks, eating at the STF dinner, etc., please email them to ART Unger at the email address below.

artstw2@hotmail.com

I'd appreciate being copied on your responses to Art at: stude53@intrstar.net .

Thanks,
Bob

Thought you guys were kidding when you talked about truck farmers.[:I]But I can see by the ppictures there is some kind of following or sub culture within the SDC.;) Loved the color of the R2 PU.[:p]

Hey Brian,

We just started to sign up Stude truck lovers as Studebaker Truck Farmers in 2006, and we already have over 350 members. You can find out more about us from John Batka, aka 289stude, and he will sign you up. I'm going to start a new thread on Studebaker Truck Farmers, so stay tuned.
