      Saw this one peeking out of yesterdays candy, and was hoping it would be next. What's the engine?
      Looks like he and I belong to the same club - those that can't get he windshield stainless back in

                Actually the Custom model lineup did not have stainless around the front windshield. That's the way mine is and I like it like that! Also, no gravel shields, saves the rubber and stainless ones for guys that really need it. Notice the convertible does not have those either. Not sure that is correct as I am not aware of a custom model convertible in 1950.

                      you can buy the plans for the original models on e-bay to build your own. Or if your like me and can only make toothpicks out of twoxfours. Lots of repops out there.
