IS THERE ANY EASIER WAY TO REPLACE THE DASH BULBS WITHOUT SHRINKING MY HANDS?

You can drop the steering column for some additional room, but outside of that, or pulling the dash completely off its mountings, about all you can do is find someone with very small hands to do the job. A five year old child might be able to do it.

While you're under the dash doing that, you might as well replace all the bulbs and get it over with. They're probably the same age and the red paint is probably worn off in varying degrees making the gauges uneven in their color.
