  • Paul Pszikszai's Coupe Express- finished!

One of the highlights of my SB trip was getting to meet up with my friend Paul Pszikszai. Paul is a SB native whose retirement fun is restoring Studebakers. He hgas an impressive fleet already done- trucks, GT, 2 Lark verts, and more.

His latest is a CE that he found on eBay. Here's some history on it:

The truck is now together and ready to drive! It's Stude powered, the paint is a Chrysler color, and the wheels are Lincoln.

Unfortunately I didn't mind the battery in my camera close enough and found myself unable to take pictures. The one above is a lame iPhone picture. The weather was nasty so I didn't ask him to bring it out. But I did want to share that Peter and I were able to have lunch at Tippecanoe (on Paul!) and were given the chance to see his fleet, including this one. I'm sure more pictures will follow eventually, but for now, thank you Paul, and hope that Hawk or K-body keeps you out of trouble now that this one's finished

Very nice! I can't wait to see more pictures. You mention the paint is a Chrysler color. It's kind of hard to tell inside verus out in sunlight but if it is Chrysler Inferno Red Crystal Pearlcoat then it is the same color as my Avanti which has just been recently painted at Myer's Studebaker. I am hoping for some pictures to post this week, it seems with all the rain in the midwest this spring, they have had very few sunny days to roll it outside and take pictures. [V]

Does anybody know what happened to the 2 C.E. Trucks that sold last year one was a pickup and one had a sweet camper built on to it. They were on eBay as a package.

            Bump.

I am just curious about the two trucks I mentioned. They have not surfaced since they were bought. Does anybody have any idea were they ended up?
