  • South Bend, recreating an old pic

This is my granddad and I, just before the Zip Van was hauled to South Bend in 1997. I was about 7 at the time.

    Same shot, 13 years later.

Neat picture Matt. Looks like you have the same smile(aka ear to ear grin). Does that seat move forward any farther. It doesn't look like you still can reach the pedals.

        regards,

        Jay

We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

Neat photo, Matthew! I'm glad the Zip Van is in a more visible spot in the SNM now...it's an extremely nice vehicle.

I saw you a couple times at the meet and would have introduced myself, but you looked like a busy guy...always people talking to you! Where did you get those Studebaker shop overalls?!

I remember when the Zip Van was presented in 97. Was supprised that a chapter could get together to make this happen and done too such high quality. Great Job and every trip to the Museum reminds me of this. Ed
