Mothers Day Tour

Our Local chapter of the SDC is planning a tour and picnic today in Vernon B.C. I insured my 46 Stude PU yesterday and am eager to start eating up some miles down the hiway. So I am picking up my 92 year old mother and taking her on a "Mothers Day Adventure"[] The sun is shining and it looks like a wonderful day for a cruise here in the sunny Okanagan valley.[8D] Will take some picture to share upon my return.

It was! My mother had never attended a "Car Event" with me in the over 40 years I have been involved in Car Clubs. Her first SDC Meeting.Studebakers that were out were great. Took lots of pictures, but have yet to download them to photobucket so I can share them with you.[]

Hey Brian, nice post. I took my mother to brunch, the garden center and the liquor store! She's 88 and won't travel anymore. I'll take her to her favourite buffet next month in a Stude. Thanks for the encouragement.
