  • Part number, front door dome light switch

For a 1963 Lark, what is the name and part number of the push button switch that bolts into the door frame and controls the dome light when the door is open and when its closed?

I found 3 Pages of posts on the general Discussion page in the "SEARCH WINDOW", but I can't post the link to the search, you have to do it yourself.

Here is one of the better ones, about the early ('53-'57) glass lens dome light, but they all use the same poor quality slide switch still available at Hardware stores I believe.

I can't help with the number, but it sounds like he's asking about the plunger style switch on the body between the hinges.

Actually, I found it on Chuck Collins store site: 285641

Become a Standard driver... our cars don't have dome light switches in the door!
