1951 Champion Engine #

I found this number on the engine of my new 1951 Champion Starlight Coupe. Can someone decifer it for me?

It's a '54 engine. No real difference between it and a '51 engine.
The capital letter 'I' was not used on Studebaker serial and model numbers, so when you see what appears to be an 'I', it actually represents the number '1'.
