Taking the photo is easy. Posting it in photo bucket so I can include it on the forum is not my most favorite thing[xx(]
    I will giveit a shot.

I didn't get a chance to open my hood today. And my memory just isn't what it used to be.
Thanks, I will check in the morning.

        Hi hotwheels63R2.
I have that one. The one I am looking for has a small butterfly pointing forward that your fingers land on when you reach under the hood.
        Thanks anyway!

I think I found one for you and when I find my usb cord for my camera I'll try to e-mail you a picture. I know it looks exactly like the one on my 1941 champion, I had a box full of them in our stock. It is brand new with beautiful gold anodized finish and has the butterfly type lever and the length of the hook part is about
33/8ths" from center of pin to end of hook.Width at the pin is 3/4" It has the pin and spring and even has a bracket which I don't think you need.Shipping it to Canada is not one of my favorite things though.Let me know by e-mail through the forum. If you are interested I could alternatively give it to someone at the Glendale meet from BC.
