Newly Rebuilt Carbs

Carter WE for the 55 Champion. First time rebuilt by The Carb Shop in CA, had to pull them back off and sent to Daytona Parts Company. This is the third time I've used them, they do a suburb job but it ain't cheap (cheaper than having to have them done twice!)

Is that a wire coming out of the Choke on the Carb on the right?

Do they have a way to convert to Electric Choke?

Me thinks we are talking SERIOUS $ here! Maybe pushing $1000.00 a pair!

I have used Daytona. I thought they were reasonable. They do excellant work, and a quick turn around. NT

I converted both to electric choke. One base had to be replaced along with some other parts. 581.00 total back to me. They also sell the kits and parts. Good company to deal with. They were backed up for several months is the reason I didn't have them do them the first time. What a mistake!
