Can't make it, Dave; even though I'm "only, twenty-four hours from Tulsa".

Seems like I remember being at the meet when Sheba won best of show! I've gotten a few comments from people who don't like the fact my Avanti is getting some modifications but you know what ... They are not paying the bills! Have fun Dave and tell all the Tulsa folks hello for me. I wish I could come but have other committments.

Consider how much fun you've had with Sheba in it's modified state...would you have had as much fun if it was bone-stock? Chances are you (and others) do a lot more to promote Studebaker and SDC by appealing to a much larger audience when the cars are modified such as yours. Rock-on . Junior. PS...have you made any decision regarding wheels and tires???

I also was there, enjoyed seeing Sheba (and you). I made a new friend when you came, actually two counting Craig. But now i have a different outlook of the club. The past two years i've had something stolen out of my car and off my car. Two years ago i had a brand new Dave T-bow supercharged carb stolen out of my car. Last year I took my 64 on friday night and left it at the meet over night so i could bring the Conestoga the next morning, when i got there the next morning i started cleaning the 64 to be judged. Over night some one switched one of my windshield wipers from my Stainless steel one to a black plastic one.
There are a lot of great people in the club but it takes one thief to ruin it. I wont be showing my car this year but may drop by to see the great friends i have met over the years.

Dave,
The club is lucky to have you and Sheba as participants.
Your passion, and good nature are appreciated.

Thanks for posting the pictures.
I never can seem to make Tulsa.
Maybe next year I can get my Studebaker back to OK.
I saw a few Ozark Trails Studebakers.
