  • Tour Idea

    Hello Stude Drivers!
My name is Chuck Tubens and my locale is the Pacific NW. I had an idea, which is a tour and picnic to a park to honor or remember our fellow friends and SDC members who have passed away.
My tour is called "Honk Your Horn Off". The idea is to have a tour/drive and end up at some park and when you get there, the tour master would read off a list of names we have known through the years, each name or couple in some cases will get a short toot of your horn. After the names have been called off, the picnic and socializing begins, food and maybe some fun stories to share.
So drivers all around the world, maybe you might want to do something similar for folks you knew. Now drivers, present arms and sound off.
    Yours truly,
    Chuck Tubens

Chuck that is a really cool idea, I like it!

But my car does not run yet. Still I think it is a really good idea and very original.

I'll be there in spirit and if (and I hope it does)catch on maybe in the next year or two I can participate.

The Stude brothers and sisters that have passed truly deserve it!

        Dean.

And/or, in the case of SDC's Can-Am Zone- maybe we could do it
at some point during our annual OverDrive event [?] [?] [?]

I (unfortunatly) can think of more then a few names I'd honor.
