I'd love to buy a ticket, but that right side driving/fog lamp looks a little crooked... [}]

I agree, Mark. I also noticed in the small pic, bottom left, that the front tires seem to be pointed off to the left instead of straight ahead.

Is this the first KRC raffle car that wasn't a Studebaker made product?

IIRC, they have had an Avanti II before.

I've always wanted an Avanti but I promised my wife I wouldn't buy another Studebaker. She didn't say I couldn't win one - besides, it's not really a Studebaker is it.

              I'll be buying tickets.

Dave, it is not the first non Studebaker Avanti we have had as a raffle car. We have had several in the past. I picked this car up last Saturday drove it home and then to our Spring Banquet yesterday. It is a winderful riding and driving car and one of ther last true newman and Altman cars. I am amazed at how it handles and performs. Mileage when I picked it up was 40,405 actual miles. I am the one who suggested it and if Keystone had not jumped on it, I was going to buy it. Many SDC'ers have seen the car at national meets all over the country as it was owned by a well known KRC, SDC and AOAI mwmbwe/

Nope, I won the first one many years ago.

Will we be able to purchase tickets on line from Australia?

Dave, once we post the car on the website, you should be able to purchase tickets through our secure link on the site. If not, I'll work something out with you on the purchase of tickets. We don't want those from downunder to be left out. BTW, several years a ago our winner of a very nice Red Lark Convertible was from New Zealand so you never know here the winner may come from. We did ship the car to him too.

Don - I do not see the year listed, but from your statement it must be a 1982. Besides the last year for Altman, it is also the last year for II.
