    I am guessing they were made by "Best" for Studebaker and used for the various gates around the factory. Probably pretty rare. Any others out there?

      'Probably made at Best Lock here in Indianapolis, unless they had other plants. Any place of manufacture identified on them, Dick? [8D]BP
