    1954 C5 Hamilton car.

    I remember a cover story on one of the car mags from the late fifties, "Favor for a Friend" where a body shop had repaired a bung up grill on a '53 CK by replacing it with a grill from a '54 Kaiser in an opening very similar to that shown above. I always thought it was the only improvement possible on the Coupe.

      The new windshield resembles the rear glass of these cars. It seems to me Chip Foose did something as a custom by using the rear glass and frame work.

            The price list on the side lists the windsheild as 55 T Bird. The ones I have seen look to have used 56 to 60 Corvette windsheids.[]

                There are a number available on the Internet. The one I used (http://www.westegg.com/inflation/infl.cgi) shows that it would cost $21,734.73 in 2009 dollars (the last year available).
