This German officier was probably happy to have the Studebaker. Although an American make maybe the Studebaker family's German heritiage kept him out of trouble with the Gestapo, unless this photo was taken some where along the Eastern front.

Thanks for the picture. When I was a kid there was 2 black out cars running around Carthage, Mo. A Ford and a Plymouth. Brings back old memory's.
