I probably know the answer but want to confirm my thought...
I have flanges with 1 3/4 openings and 1 3/4 od tubing. I am building a manifold for my ohv six and its head has rectangular ports that are about 1 x 1 1/2.
My thought is I can get by with round tubes over rectangular ports but it will work a whole lot better with rectangular tubes matched to rectangular ports, just need to find or chop a tube to the right dimension.
Just because I can build it does not mean I know the physics of gases or flow, it never hurts to sk
