Three things wrong with this Long Roof.

1. The wheels (what was he thinking ?)
2. The rear axle is too wide (tire bubbles)
3. And most important....it isn't a street car. This, with minor changes should be a sort of a daily driver...maybe not daily, but at least weekends.

Awesome. I'm experienced with sheet metal fab and paint, buy I can't imagine ever having the skills to not only build it (the easy part) but to design and plan it and make it come out right. Bravo to the builder![8D]

I don't see a problem with those wheels. Different yes, but not particularly "wrong."

Big meats have to fit somewhere. If those had been tucked in and thus narrowing the tread width, I bet that the car would have been rather unstable. I think the "tire bubbles" look kinda cool.

Not a street car? Well, with that much tied up in the car driving it regularly on the street might be risky. Still, I do think I would have to put it on the street now and then, just to do it. But its not mine and I didn't pay for it so it is not my decision.

I really love this thing. As was said earlier, the process of thinking this out , designing the final ideas and then to make it a reality is a fantastic feat.

Most Kiwi's I've met are sensitive to being referred to as Aussie or from the Land of Oz. They have their own country and own unique identity. Regardless, both countries are rich in heritage with outstanding race car drivers and builders, as well as restorers, and fabricators. I've always been amazed at the quality and ingenuity of cars built in both countries. This car is another outstanding example of what NZ has to offer. Junior
