    Sand some of the paint off, take it apart, store it outside for a bit, then lose interest.

                  Early enthusiasm got lost in the reality and cost of such a project. If the car is solid it COULD be a deal in the making for someone who really wanted one.
                  This reminds me of a certain solid M series pickup that I diassembled in 1975 and it still awaits its fate. Worth more as parts than whole, but it seems a shame to part it out. Life got in the way.
