I'm a BIG fan of 1940 Studes. Is that a Commander?

I'm pretty sure it's a 1939 President 4Dr Sedan. The '40s didn't have the "oval" headlights and only one short chrome strip on the side of the engine cowl.

I'm quite sure it's a '39. My dad had a '39 Commander in maroon during the second world war. As a little kid, I loved the quiet and smooth ride the car gave.
I'd love to have it today.
