M5 frame info needed

I have a buddy who has a '46 M5 cab but no frame. I have a frame from a Champ pickup. I know this T cab frame is very similar to the '50s 2R frame but does this similarity extend back to the '46 M5?

I think that you are correct.
The truck frames were the same from 1941 to 64.
Spring hangers, mounting bracket and steering changed but the basic frame is the same.
