Hi Again-- I sure want to thank everyone for Helping. I did purchase a build sheet for my Hawk The only info that it gives me is that she was shipped by rail to Bangor,Maine. No dealership is mentioned.I contacted Bangor Historical society and they told me that there was a Studebaker Dealership in Bangor that was possibly owned by another dealership, possibly in Portland, Thats as far as they could go-- So that is where my trail stops--- That is why I was asking you all in "Studedom",if any one had any further ideas?? Thanks,Frankie

I would think that your local SDC chapter would be a good place to start. One of their very active member's father ran a Studebaker dealerhip.

My dad bought a new 1960 Lark VIII wagon from a wheeler dealer type dealer near Warren, Maine. Erickson Motors, maybe Erickson enterprises?
I was 10, but I think I heard he had just taken on the line recently
