1950 2R-C2 pickup hot rod.
Chevy 350, Turbo 350, Ford 8".
Frenched 54 Buick headlights.
Tru-Spoke wheels, (my tires in pics) Monti Carlo front brakes.

Will be satin black with some pin stripes.
1949 Chevy sun visor, maybe dummy spots.
1953 Chevy tail lights, 1988 5 series BMW rear bumper.
May switch out the 12 gal spun aluminum fuel tank in the bed
for a 15 gal stainless beer keg.

Your truck is actually a 2R5-12. The C2 is the designation for the standard cab. If you look on the driver's seat riser you will find the serial number plate there.
