Don't know if it's already common knowledge, but the Nashville, Tn. fairgrounds swap meet is this weekend. It is BIG, inside and out, for anything related to vehicles of all types. Vendor setup is Saturday, then opens at 6am Sunday to the public. Usually some Studebaker stuff there, also occasionally Studes in the car corral. Really good folks put it on,(local AACA) and always a big turnout. I'll be in booths A 92 thru 94, still downsizing in prep for moving to a smaller place. If the weather doesn't prevent my getting there, stop and say hi!! I've been going since the 80's, and try to bring as much as a cold-natured, wormy little guy can pile in the truck,Ha!! John

If we had known about it earlier it's possible that my brother and I might have tried to come. Too late to get schedules changed. :( Sounds interesting though.

52-fan, so sorry, I should have posted this sooner, I get so many newsletters and info about events, that I just assume everyone does. The guys writing about the York event reminded me I hadn't seen ours on here. Come on, just go to Memphis, take 40 and haul on up! It is always the 1st Sunday in Feb., but may be in a new location next year, as the developers and politicians are rumored to have ended the fairgrounds days-race track and all- -sad.

Hey John,

You don't have a drivers side hood hinge for a 61 Lark Cruiser by any chance or any other parts for my baby?

Thanks,
Cabrina

No, I sure don't. Already sold all the Lark-type stuff except a 63 289 4-V engine/tranny that needs rebuilt, sorry, you folks show up, now! I always enjoy seeing all the folks we met while living up there.

Will the engine/trans be at the swap? Any idea on price? Maybe some '64 Daytona floor pans?

Jim
