51 Gas Door Guard

I recently acquired a chrome gas door guard for my 51 but it came without instructions or parts (screws etc.) in which to bolt it on. I see where it goes and the guard does have holes that line up with the holes on the fender where the fuel door is but I can see how to attach it. (Perhaps my figures are just too bit

Any suggestions would be helpful . . . any photos would be better.

Open up your gas door you see 2 screws on the bottom that's the screws that hold it on IF it is the right guard.

That guard should be stainless. It will polish up beautifully.
SI has a mounting kit that includes the screws and commensurate rubber bumpers.
