  • Barrett-Jackson Weasel

I just saw the Weasel sell at the auction for $50,000.

Probably worth it. It looked real good in the flesh when I saw it Wednesday, the only problem I saw was that the rubber parts of the tracks were bad or missing, but that is an ongoing problem, as no replacements are available.

Made me think about all of the Weasels that I have passed on buying. I always thought; What would I do with it? You certainly do not have a big chrome or upholstery bill in restoring one. I know that the tracks are the big item. The most recent one that I can remembeer was sitting along Route 44 just west of Inverness Florida. The last time that I was there, the Weasel was gone (after sitting there for years).
