Is there a 12 volt wiper motor to replace the vacuum motor on the 50 champion?

No In fact, there wasn't any electric wiper option until 1951 and it's not even CLOSE to what a '50 has.[V]

Charlie, lookin' at their wiper motor offerings for Studes, I see they have a model for cars right thru '55. What little info there is say's these are replacements for vacuum wiper motors. Of course, that's fine in bensauber's case. But later wiper installations call for a different part number for the left operating arm on vacuum vs electric wipers. Any idea what the difference in that left arm is? Anyone? Dwain? Rich? Bob?
From what I've seen, vacuum wipers are a real rarity after 1950. This is on Studes, of course.[^]

Actually the 1939 and 1940 Commander and President came with electric wipers standard. I always wondered why they dropped them? Mine work great!

All the wiper motors offered are 12 volt by the way, wouldn't work on a restoration.
