  • 57 President tail light rubber seal

    Hello guys, can somebody help with the part# for my tail light assembly rubber seal/weather strip ( I dont know what it should be call for this application)I don't want to scratch the paint when I put the tail lights back.

      This particular gasket has never been reproduced and NOS ones don't exist. There are some generic rubber extrusions out there that can be made to work.

          That's good to know! When I was looking for them about a year ago, I'd concluded I'd have to find something that would suffice.[B)]

          I just tried that number on their website and it doesn't come up. Maybe it's too new to be in the inventory yet - or maybe it's something they "unearthed" at SASCO.

              Two for the car...one for the supply box...

              Never know when they'll run out...and they were only a buck and a half apiece...

                      But this one is for the actual tail light assembly, right? Not to put the assembly into the body.

                            Thank you Ted, I love the whole assembly layout you sent, But SI dont have anymore in stock. So what have you guys use as alternative for this
                            Seal, Housing to Fender like the one MR.Bigg mention where can I find it?
