Here are some more pictures of my '42 Stude and the progress. Kind of slow, but getting there. These are not in any particular order, but on some of the first ones where I was putting the bottom 4 inches on the bottom of the door. It shows putting the front suspension in . Some on the rear springs. There will be more at I progress. One of the axles is sent to Moser Engineering to have it cut down and resplined. It is still a long way to go. I can't remember to take the camera to the garage when I go to work on it. Dusty

Thanks for sharing. You've brought the car a long way towards being a nice street rod. The much improved suspension and drive train will be great on the road.

Please keep posting, I enjoy the build posts the best.

Nicely done[:p]

Dusty,
Unless you have the historical data,
Email me,(ltcrp@netscape.com) the serial number and I will check it against a listing I have '42 Studebakers that were sold by the factory in '46 & '47.

We have the title. It was a full chrome car. I believe this was an early car, because of the chrome.

Looks like you are making good progress Dusty, are you aiming for a debut at the International meet in Springfield next year?

Yes, that is our goal. We hope to at least have it up and going. Maybe not complete, but have it driveable. Dusty
