  • OCW cover car

The Dec 17 issue of Old Cars Weekly has a 1932 Studebaker St Regis Brogham Street Rod on the cover. The editor is all geared up for nasty notes about the rodization of such a rare classic.

The story says he took the car to Cedar Rapids for the International meet. Anyone here see it? It looks like he did a nice job with it.

It also said it was already being rodded when he bought it and finished it up. I liked it. IMHO I would rather see it rodded and driven than restored and stored.

Jon, thank you for the phrase "restored and stored". I will remember that for my friends that pick on driven cars with paint dings and chips.

Drive em if you got em.

It sounds like the car being sold at the Silver Phoenix-area auction in Januaary.
there is a thread here about it...

The car is very nice. It has been at a couple of events here in Arizona that I have seen it.
