I dug out the build sheet for the truck for the "birthday" thread.
It's a Scotsman and true to it's name, has very few options. Overdrive, oil filter, directional signals, and L.M. Short Mirror.
My dumb question is: What the heck is an L.M. Short Mirror?
Also, "How to ship" is labeled DIX. Was that a shipper for Studebaker? Possibly railway? The truck was delivered new to Waycross, GA which is a railroad town. About 60 miles from where I live.
EDIT: Just realized it may mean "left mount, short mirror". (As in a short stalk). But I'm still curious about the shipper.
