  • Stude auto transporter photo. 1953

This has probabl;y been posted before. I just received it from an Austin Healey fanatic, of all places. Do we have info on that dealer, in the picture? Any comments welcome. Thanks, Huck

Looks like he has a nice load of shiny new '54s. For those who don't want to page through all the Fords, Dodges and Chevys...

Good greif!!! I think these pictures are now as popular as threads about tires, wheels, and eBay!!! [:0] What's this one- second in two days, and the seventh or so in a month?

A search here and in StoveHuggers' will answer your questions...

Ooops, oh yes 1954s and now that you have me paying closer attention, I note that it isn't a dealer at all but the transporters office. Thanks Ron. Huck, in Detroit

Just curious.. Why do you say those are 54's? Looks like 53's to me.

I thought they were 53s too, so being too lazy to get my glasses, I squinted teeth on those grill bars and trusted Ron's expertise. Also I had a feeling this was an old topic. How does one search a topic, anyway?? Huck

Trusting in Ron's expertese is a very dodgy activity. Especially when I need new glasses (LOL).[:I] Yeah, you fellas are right and I put my foot well in.[)]
