Could probably get by with just the choke tube itself, and make up a seal where it goes into the manifold.

Your best bet for finding one is to search EBAY under "choke tube" and then the type of carb in the description. For example, "choke tube carter afb".

I have a couple here- but they are with their carbs and not for sale. I could probably bend you up a tube to match- and give you specs on the rest of it.

I replaced the one on my '63 Avanti with a kit I purchased at my LM Dealer. The kit was for a 70's Mercury Commet. The kit has the tube, cloth mesh sleeve and a couple of fittings. Done this years ago. Just happen to be in the LM Parts room and seen one on the counter, so I order one..
