Not sure if they're really authentic or repro, but definitely cool:

About $325 over my price range though;)

Those have run on eBay about 5 times now.
Starting bid is too dang high if you ask me.

I saw them too.

I think the are real, but I know I could find a better deal in one of the resale shops in Niles.

My wife is a textile artist, she could probably make some up for about $20 + the overalls (Aussie name for Coveralls). Actually we've been talking about her making up a screen print of the modified "Studebaker Red Ball" service logo on a 'going out' shirt. Let me know if you guys are interested. We could Australian'ise' if for you to make it just that little bit more exotic[8D]

I think that's an out-and-out case of false advertisement---I clicked twice on those coveralls and they're still too small!! Size 40 just won't do it and if they won't enlarge for me, I'm sure not gonna pay that price for them. Just my $.02 worth.

It is awfully hard to price items when you have nothing to compare it to. They're not on auction, instead they are in a fixed price/best offer format.

I have revised the listing to include the measurements.

1950 Champion RegalDeluxe - I'd love to shop where you shop! In 20 years of collecting vintage clothing this is 1 of 2 pairs of chain stitched coveralls that I have found. I look too cute in the FRAM pair to part with them.

I actually did a bunch of research to make sure that they're not modern reproductions or fake. The age of the coveralls does match up with the patches. Of course there is always room for error, if anything looks absolutely wrong, please let me know.

Unfortunately, Studebakers aren't my specialty. We drive a 1963 Lincoln Continental. :)

54Champ - I'm not sure why the pictures aren't enlarging for you. They should come up in a separate window from inkfrog.com. I'll go double check for problems with my service provider.
