Interesting truck... may be complete, but definitely not original. Sure does not look like a 63 motor to me. Not to say it's a problem, but some advertisers are fast and loose with their assertions about vehicles! ;)

The pedals through the floor are the best clue, you're right Mark it has a '62 Engine, because it IS a '62! And trust me, that is a GOOD thing! [:0] [^]

Rich - I would agree that the "through the floor" pedals are a much better option than the swing pedals on a 63/64 Champ, but the improved brakes, steering and a full flow block on an 8E Champ would balance that off in my mind. I know that the swing pedals can be beefed up as a few members have done so with their Champs. [8)]
