              Interesting truck... may be complete, but definitely not original. Sure does not look like a 63 motor to me. Not to say it's a problem, but some advertisers are fast and loose with their assertions about vehicles!

              As John said in another post, buyer beware.

                The pedals through the floor are the best clue, you're right Mark it has a '62 Engine, because it IS a '62! And trust me, that is a GOOD thing! [:0] [^]

                  Rich - I would agree that the "through the floor" pedals are a much better option than the swing pedals on a 63/64 Champ, but the improved brakes, steering and a full flow block on an 8E Champ would balance that off in my mind. I know that the swing pedals can be beefed up as a few members have done so with their Champs. [8)]
