Window won't stay up on the Daytona

The passenger window on my 65 daytona sports sedan will not stay up. I know this has been discussed before but found nothing in search on this forum. All help is appreciated. THANKS,Mike

The wind up spring in the window regulator is probably busted. It's possible that the gears are stripped, but then the window regulator won't work at all. The spring keeps the window from self opening. Bud
