Can anyone identify the car in this picture? My dad and his sister are washing it in Marienville, PA about 1941. Dad owned Studebakers and Packards most of his life and I thought this might be a 1939 or 1940 Champion but those three strips along the hood opening don't match up to any pictures I could find.
