                I have seen a few of these cars over the years of differant makes, last one I saw was a 65 ford painted like a cop car.

                        You'll note the PA inspection sticker in the windshield. The other "windshield" does not have a sticker. Also, the other end has tailight/brakelights where the headlights should be. Street legal.
