You have pitted ball drive, take the belt off now to avoid further damage and get it rebuilt.

There may be others, but Jon Myer (advertises in TW) provides this service. He may not be what you call reasonable but he has a good product.

And Ebayer cundnracing sells kits and rebuilding services on Ebay, using 100% Paxton parts.

That said, I recommend using the SDC Vendors whenever possible ...

I would try a complete fluid change first. If it still too noisy, have it rebuilt.

The fluid is very clear. It almost sounds like some loose debris is inside the supercharger. ??????

John Erb knows more about these blowers than anyone and rebuilds them and has for more than 30 years.

Nope, it'll just be some pits on the planetary drive balls.

Possibly a broken fin on the impeller, but normally those get sucked into the engine and don't rattle around in the case much. In any case, disconnect the belts, you're not going to help it with more running. You might turn the input shaft by hand and see if it turns with resistance yet smoothly, but it will need to be torn down before you can hope to run it again.

I have a PH that originally came without a supercharger from the previous owner.

A very kind mechanic kindly removed the noisy superharger with the PO's permission, and kept it!

                          I have three in parts.
