"The similar T-89 transmission was used in these models:

      1960-'66 Jeeps

      1956-'71 Ford trucks

      1959-'64 Studebaker"

Yes, the T-89 (which is the truck version of the T-85) was used on '59 thru '64 Studebakers -- in TRUCKS. The T-89 and T-85 are heavy duty transmissions with side covers (ie, the shift forks protrude out of a removable cast cover). The T-86 and T-90, which were somewhat lighter duty transmissions, have a stamped sheetmetal cover on the top of the tranny. If your Wagonaire had a 3-speed manual from the factory, it would have been a T-86 size transmission; now, what may have happened to it in the 46 years after leaving the factory is unknown.

To answer the question, clutches used with the Stude T-89 used a 10 spline 1 1/8" hub. IIRC most V8 cars had the same spline count/hub size.

If your car has been retrofitted with a real long tail (slide-in driveshaft) T-85 with Overdrive, the only Studebaker it could be from is a '58 Golden Hawk or Packard Hawk.
Or, it COULD be from a Ford or Mercury.

If it is a T-89, It should have a bolted-on output yoke like a Truck with quite low 1st. & 2nd. ratios and requiring a special driveshaft slip joint yoke and jackshaft to install in a Wagonaire and would be one tight fit!
