Engine paint

Hi Guys, I am in the process of restoring my 53 Champion hardtop. Can anyone tell me if the following items should be green, like the engine or satin black.Harmonic balancer and crank pulley,fan blade, water pump,oil filler tube, road draft tube. Not sure if it matters but the assembly date was 5-14-53. Thanks for your help.

They are ALL green....

The crank pulley for Power Steering is badly painted Black...
The Oil Cap is Black (no STP decal)
