I took the family to Washington this past weekend and while wandering around the Smithsonian Museum of American History I found this tucked in a 1950's street scene. Placard says its a 1950 Studebaker Champion Starlight Coupe.

The pictures aren't high quality, but none the less, there's a bulletnose!

Well it sure seems appropriate that a Stude be located at the Smithsonian. Especially a bulletnose!

Check out this picture taken on 10/04/09 in Silverdale, PA at Reese's Garage established as a Studebaker Dealer in 1927 and still in business today. Original garage is the portion of the building on the right. Note all of the Studebakers on the property[8D]

the last Reese owner is the man in the hat 2nd from the right standing by his brother who is being buried as I post this today.
