  • FRIDAY 10-9 EYE CANDY

    Pounding your sweet tooth today!!

Now imagine it without the blower and louvered hood

I wonder how Dick Dean felt about that monstrosity sticking through the hood.

One thing is for sure, the tinted windows and black window trim really modernizes the car.

Now if it only had an R3 and pillars....hey wait, doesn't Bob Perterson have one of those???

You have to wonder how many hours went into building that car? The attention to detail is awsome.

        Nice car, and "Gentlemans' Chop"
My only gripe would be the white seats and steering wheel.
It'd only be white for five minutes in my hands[}]

I love 53's, but not when they're molested like this one. It looks like a good job, but NOT an improvement on the styling.[B)]

Very Nice! I'm not that big a fan of roots type blowers for extended street duty, but still, it is a supercharged Studebaker!

Geeze Jeff that's what soap and water is for.

I really do know what you mean, the gray steering wheel in my F-150 is constantly dirty.

Just a curiousity question. If you are going to ace the windshield wipers, why leave the ugly shafts sticking through the cowl? I see this on the modified stuff all the time, and don't get it. LH

You carry the wipers in the trunk and install as needed so they don't stay on the car when not needed .This keeps the visual of the car pure and uncluttered by what some consider ugly wiper arms.

I agree and think engines should be kept under the hood. A beautiful car.

Awesome way to take that aged look of the 50's and slam it into today. I'll bet not one keep it stock grumper wouldn't have loved this in high school. But yes white is not my favorite color of interior, but it's his ride maybe he's got a cleaner on a string.

                              Champ,
I have looked at this car several times today and the only thing I can say is you are cruel- Just plain cruel.
