That's what it is on my 39 Champion so I presume it's the same for you.

your 1939 champion hs a 16 inch rim, his 1947 champion has a 15 rim. Both are 4 lug different size. I know because I ordered a rim for my 1941 champion and when it came I painted and had the rim balanced only to find out later that it was a 15 inch rim.looks the same different[8D]

I was at an auction last summer and there was a pair of used Ford sixteen inch wheels with four lug pattern. They didn't sell and I probably could have gotten them cheap, but I thought about it to long and they were gone. I don't know if they would've been the right bolt pattern or if the backspacing would have been right but maybe when it gets a little warmer I'll check some of the local junk yards out!!!
