    I don't see any connection to Studebakers except for the name, but hey - you would be the only kid on the block to have one!

      Whomever built this scooter neglected to mount a bullet nose to the front forks. Pee-Wee Herman would be proud to ride this otherwise cool machine!

          Looks like a headlight ring from maybe the '47 to '49 Studebakers, and used on Transtars, perhaps?

              Yes, and NO! [:0] '47-'49 Cars Yes, Transtars NO! They were used on R Series Trucks '49-'53, upside down only.

              Update: That is IF it were a '47-'49 Car, which at closer look is NOT!
