Without looking up the picture in the Parts Catalog, I'd say it COULD be the special jack for '58 Packards with the fiberglass front end, but certainly NOT the standard unit for a Studebaker, unless it is a special order accessory.

No, it's a '58 Packard jack. Not trying to be funny. Apparently only '58 Packards have the special lifting bracket at the front of the frame.
