Bead blast and silver solder. Careful, too much heat will just blow it away.[xx(]
Even the show chrome platers can sometimes render a piece unusable.
If you do the prep work and send it to a plater they are not going to gaurantee their work because you prepped it.

The other option is to fill it, sand it and paint it body color.

There's also this stuff called 'Muggy Weld'. I haven't used it but it looks easy to use.

Just in case you are still curious...like I was.
No it cannot be brazed. No matter how careful you are. By the time the heat is enough to melt the stick, your part will be metal jelly.
