Just finished up the exhaust system. Very happy with the sound, not to loud but nice and "throaty".

I would love to see the pictures, but the site requires a membership to view.

What jeep are the brake drums off of? Do they fit over the studs snugly in order to center the drum? I think I'll cut out the middle of the backing plate and weld in some 1/8"plate instead of moving out the drum. Do you think that would work?

I was a member and didn't even remember signing up. I had to have them email me a new password. I haven't been getting any spam (that I know of) so why not sign up?

Ok --- I put them in Photobucket for those that want that way.

Buddy, I'll have to look it back up, but I believe they are 85 jeep drums. Wagnor # BD60321 --I think you are better off moving the drums out as the inner lip will rub the backing plate as you put the drums on (you can machine these as well). There is more than enough brake pad area to do this. Make sure your axle flanges are true, I had to true both of these up. I also added longer studs so I would put other wheels on (Dorman 610-449). This is the third time I've done this mod, the others have worked out well.

Wow...It's not hard to see why you're proud of that exhaust! The whole car looks like it will be super. Got any pictures from the top side of the engine?
